I just enabled the Twitter Tools plugin for WordPress by Alex King. This plugin allows your blog to notify twitter of posts, and display latest posts in a widget. I don’t have it turned on, but you can also have it create a post for each tweet, or create daily or weekly digests. I don’t figure I need those.
