I finally got to putting the pictures up on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.annieandchris.net\/main.php?g2_itemId=473\">annieandchris.net<\/a>. Most of them turned out fairly good for unposed candids in pretty harsh light.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know how I would manage it, but I have been reading about using reflectors and diffusers recently. I have been rereading Scott Kelby&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Digital-Photography-Book-2\/dp\/0321524764\">Digital Photography 2<\/a>. It is all about lighting. A lot about studio lighting, but there are many things to learn\/remember that could be useful. I would just have to buy more gear. There is always something.<\/p>\n<p>Today, David du Chemin talked about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pixelatedimage.com\/blog\/2008\/06\/great-gear-lastolite-skylite\/\">just those kinds of things<\/a>. There are the very expensive <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhphotovideo.com\/c\/product\/375245-REG\/Lastolite_LL_LR81244GI_Skylite_Kit_Silver_White.html\">studio kind<\/a>, and the just a little expensive, portable, they work <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhphotovideo.com\/c\/product\/253064-REG\/Impact_CRK_4272_5_in_1_Collapsible_Reflector_.html\">pretty well kind<\/a>, that maybe I could consider.<\/p>\n<p>Now I just have to figure out how to get Kate to walk around and be my assistant.<\/p>\n<p>Update: <a href=\"http:\/\/davidtejada.blogspot.com\/2008\/06\/simple-portrait.html\">Here <\/a>is another blog entry on using the diffusers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I posted about the Cousins Day at the farm last weekend.
