Thanks for reply and am really don’t understand why Trung is not going to resolve that issue. Because I have firm believe that after resolving that issue he will be nominated for a noble prize to save un-countable numbers of brain cells to other fellow designers.

Sorry Khan, you must have misunderstood my post. I couldn't get trung's code to work either. That is why I started exploring creating something myself. But I don't have anything right now other than the code above. It is no where near a plugin, and doesn't do anything with zenphoto.

I'm happy to make a significant contribution on your behalf in order for you to take a trip like this on your own...say the word and like magic - a donation of cash will appear in your account (frivolous spending only). I may request some electrical work in exchange - but I still think I get the better deal out of this!!!

Sounds like you're in the same situation. Ready to go but required to delay the trip again for another year due to cost.

I would need to buy the required gear (backup SLR and camping gear), plus flight costs as well as the high Canadian exchange makes for a $9000+ decision. (that said, this is one of the cheaper workshop tours)

Glad to have you comment Kim. I hope your walk will be a great one. The one here in Minneapolis, is an area I am at fairly often, but it will be great to meet some new people, and see what they shoot. Have fun.

G'day Christopher...saw your posting on Scott's blog and thought I'd check out your blog. Here in Brisbane (Australia) it's a beautiful "winter" day, with the temperature expected to be in the 60's for the photo walk.
I am a fledgling photographer -- just bought a digital SLR and having fun learning -- and thought this would be a great opportunity to learn from the more experienced that most likely will be there on the walk.
I'll look forward to seeing your group's photos at the flickr site.
Cheers from Brisbane!

Thanks for leaving a reply Matt. I can see how someone could feel less valued as an artist based on another's comments about their camera type, especially if it is their "life's work", or passion, but it is unfortunate. Some people will never appreciate photographs or the people that took them like you will.

At my day job in a cube, a woman here was raving about this sunset her friend has sent her that was taken on an iPhone. I went and looked, and couldn't tell if it was the Grand Canyon, or a beach. But she loved the picture. She just wont appreciate the pictures you take (or the work that goes into them), but she thinks that my D40 is a vary big camera so I must have great sunset pictures. Go figure. Shrug.
